The Imperial Hotel impresses with its perfect service and prime location near the Imperial Palace and Ginza. The room layout felt a bit cramped, and some amenities seemed dated. Still, the overall hospitality and dining options made it a nice stay.

Wow, loved the location! Just a short stroll to parks and the train station. The breakfast view was fab. Super spacious room & cozy vibes, really felt at home!
The cab driver got us lost like we were on a wild goose chase! Next time, I'll just walk-at least I'd get my steps in!
